Lesson 2-Welding Class
This is Lesson 2 Welding Class; ensure you have completed Lesson 1 first prior to booking this lesson. Lessons are conducted by Jim, who has been welding for over 40 years and teaching welding for more than 20 years. Lessons will be held in our workshop in Peachester.
Skills you will learn in Lesson 2:
- General maintenance of the machine.
- Different welding techniques.
- Starting your own project.
What you will need:
- Note pad/pen.
- Water Bottle.
- Safety boots (no runners).
- Long cotton/denim pants.
- Long sleeve cotton shirt.
- Auto Darkening Welding helmet. (Available in store)
- Welding gloves. (Available in store)
When we run classes:
We run classes when it suits you, just call us for an appointment time. We can run classes on any day of the week.
We Supply:
Welders, Gas, Consumables and Materials
The second lesson is 2 hours long and mostly hands on welding and learning different techniques. You may also start on a small project of your own. We are also happy to provide advice on the purchase of your own machine and where the best places are to buy your consumables.
